We saw one of the three statues of Kamehameha I in Hilo on Hawaii Island from the window of the tour bus. But we all wanted to have a picture taken in front of the one on Oahu Island like almost all Japanese tourists do. This statue was one of our tour destinations on Oahu Island. It was shining golden in the heat of the sun under the blue sky.
King Kamehameha I is so gloriously decked out in golden robes! He is so beautifully photographed with that glorious blue sky behind him.
