These evening views were taken from my neighborhood a few days ago. The clouds which I saw in the west, late in the afternoon, made me think that I might be able to see a beautiful sunset. I drove to the place where I thought I could see the sunset and waited with my camera on the tripod for about an hour. As I had expected, the sunset of the day was stunningly beautiful.
What a beautiful sky! I would have stayed there until the last glimmer of light disappeared from the horizon. This is simply gorgeous.
