Today was monthly hiking day of "Wild Plant Loving Circle", which I joined after my retirement. We walked at a slow pace on a little mountain observing plants on the trails. I photographed these tree roots, but they came out like descriptive photos. I think that I should have taken close-up pictures of them to make them look more impressive.
These roots remind me of our climbing around in Costa Rica or Hawaii! They cover the hiking trails in places and it gets quite challenging to get continue past them.
