Yosakoi Festival in Kumamoto

I photographed these photos at the Yosakoi Festival Dance Cometition which was held last month, but I forgot to post them in my blog. That day many groups of dancers displayed their energetic dancing with Kumamoto Castle in the background. Surprisingly some of them were from Shikoku and Honshu which are far far away from Kumamoto. I followed my shutterbug-friend's advice of how to shoot dancing scenes, but unfortunately many of the photos did not come out very well. This was the first day I used my new Canon 5D Mark II that I bought three days earlier.
