On the evening of our local festival last week, we enjoyed two other lion dances from our two sister cities. One was from China, and the other from Okinawa. These photos are of the Chinese lion dance. The dance was totally different in everything from the dance itself to the dancers' costumes, though, ours was said to be influenced by the Chinese dance. The movement of the dancers was humorous and the costumes were more ornate and colorful. 
Wow! How I would love to see a festival like this, in addition to what you have shown us already! Beautiful and colorful!
