Shooting of White-Water Rafting

Last Saturday, I went out to take pictures of white-water rafting on the Kuma River, which is about a 40-minute drive from my house. Parts of the Kuma River are well known for its river rapids and people come to enjoy rafting from spring to early fall. I tried it once with my friends about ten years ago. I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately on the day I photographed these pictures, there was not much water in the river because of the long dry weather. I am thinking of photographing the rafting again in good time when plenty of water in the river makes rafting the best fun.

  1. I remember (and still have) the photograph you sent me when you were on the raft. You asked if I could tell which person was you...These are great shots despite less water. Dodging the rocks must make it even more exciting!
