These two photos are from the 33rd long- distance running race held by Hinagu, Yatsushiro City. The first photo was scanned from a local newspaper. I took the second one only because I happened to be there that day. The newspaper said that it was the last race because there are less and less runners participating because of aging. I was lucky to capture this historical moment. But comparing my photo with the professional photographer's, I thought that I should have taken mine facing the runners in order to capture the impressive moment.
