These photos were taken at the foot of one of the five big peaks of Mt. Aso on April 17. The cherry blossoms were still in bloom. The pasqueflowers seen along the trail were in bloom, too. Unfortunately, their number has been decreasing year by year. I will write more about them in my tomorrow's post.
