The landscape in the first picture is one of officially-designated scenic and historical spots in our city. In winter this area becomes a stopping spot for many kinds of migratory birds. This is one of my favorite spots for photography.

Taking pictures is one of my pastimes. I would like to post one or two pictures on an irregular base in the hope that there may be someone who appreciates them. And another reason why I started my blog is to ward off senile dementia by practicing writing English.
Oh, the sea, the beautiful sea! Is this the Kuma River where it enters the sea? Just curious...a lovely place, indeed!
