In Japan cosmos are in full bloom now. These pictures were taken at the Moyeno-sato Cosmos Hill in Aso, Kumamoto prefecture. Last Sunday, when I visited there, the hill was crowded with many people who were enjoying cosmos as they please. A young couple with a baby reminded me of my younger days. It was hot that day, but I felt that cool fall was surely around the corner.
