Several kinds of butterflies were seen on the top of Mt. Oitake when I hiked there with my friends.I do not know the English name of this butterfly, but we call it "hyomon-cho" in Japanese. I like the color of this butterfly and I am pleased that I was able to get a sharp focus.
You are right...it is crystal sharp! This is another one of your prize winners!! I have such a difficult time with butterflies...they just don't sit still long enough and I find myself chasing them from bush to bush! These photos are so beautiful in so many ways.
