The first picture is from a sport competition for retired school teachers in our area which was held last Sunday. It was the competition of several sports like mini-volleyball, table tennis, tennis, softball, volleyball and so on. I took part in the mini-volleyball game. We had three games in the morning and two in the afternoon. We tried our best to win as many games as possible but we came in third among the five teams. The foot in the second picture is mine. Today I made a clinic visit to receive the laser treatment on my foot pain. I must have pushed myself so hard in the games and made my chronic foot pain worse. Ugh!
