Yesterday I went to take pictures of a waterfall in northern Aso. It is about 9 meters high and 20 meters wide, and it is well-known for its beautiful view from behind the waterfall. You can walk through the hollow behind the waterfall, enjoying negative ions produced by the waterfall splash. As you know they improve blood circulation and reduce stress!! As you see in the second picture, the scenery of the gorge through the water curtain is gorgeous! The view is beautiful today but even more so when the waterfall is less turbulent.
Add this to the places I want to visit on my next trip to Japan! This one is a beauty!
