The man in the picture is me while shooting in the Kikuchi Gorge. Today I got a copy of this picture from one of my classmates in my photography group, which I attend every other week. I scanned it for today's post in my blog. I sometimes go out taking pictures of gorges and waterfalls at this time of year, but I have never had my picture taken while shooting so far. I like it, because I do not look like the old man in his late 60's in it.

Your friend got a wonderful photo of you doing what you do best! I have seen you many times with a camera but never a tripod. I like this one very much, even if it was scanned and not the original off the camera. And, I can tell that your friend used a slower shutter speed too! Beautiful picture...
