On the Day of a Solar Eclipse

Today a partial eclipse was observed here in Japan. In Japan we were able to view the longest total eclipse of the century. It was a wonderful astronomic show that lasted more than 5 minutes. It was a great experience. Nature is incredible. In my neighborhood, I saw some people taking pictures of the changing shapes of the Sun. I also photographed it when the clouds parted, but I don't think that people will know what the picture I photographed is. No one will understand that it is a picture of the partial eclipse. It definitely needs explanation. I should have studied how to photograph an eclipse without the special glasses.

  1. We heard about the eclipse over here in the USA. Congratulations for a good try to capture the event. Blogging is great! You can write about the photograph so it is understood.
