Today I went hiking on a little mountain which is about a ninety- minute drive from my house. It was my second hiking trip this year. Hiking on 
a mountain is one of my favorite things that I began after my retirement.On my way to the top which is only 663.7 meters high, I stopped many times to take pictures of wild flowers and plants. This is one of them. It is called " loosestrife" in English. In Japanese, it is called "oka-tora-no-o", which literally means "a tail of a tiger."
I suffer from heart troubles from time to time.
I was tired today, but I felt that I was still in good shape. It was one of my happy days today.
I am glad to see you back on top of a mountain again!
