These are pictures of the wild azaleas which I wrote in my blog dated on May 17. They are called "miyamakirishima" and bloom on the highlands in Sensuikyo Gorge at this time of year. When I visited there, the hillside of Sensuikyo Gorge was carpeted with these little dark pink flowers.They were beautiful against the fresh greenery and the blue sky.
